the location is indeed very convenient, right by the train station.
i found a few issues . the toilet didn't flush properly, and i had to use a waste bin full of water to get it to work. also, the room was quite dark, not ideal for working or relaxing..

the room was spacious. it had super comfortable beds i could really relax in. the bathroom facilities were excellent, what a treat!
The receptionist didn't offer any help with my bags when i changed rooms. I had to carry heavy luggage between floors alone.

I attended a small business event there. The team was professional, the event flowed well. i noted beautiful table decorations, i also found the service consistently attentive. the food quality impressed me, with ample options to choose from. they easily accommodated those with allergies.
i found no lotion or body creams in the bathroom which was slightly disappointing.
